These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of online courses, programs, workshops, digital products, and educational materials provided by Frame & Flow Rehab and Ellen Leung, BScPT, MScCH ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing or accessing any of our programs, services, or digital products, you agree to these Terms.

1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All courses, programs, workshops, videos, downloads, and educational materials provided by the Company are intended for professional development and educational purposes only, directed at licensed and regulated healthcare professionals.
Our content covers topics including but not limited to: clinical Reformer and Mat Pilates instruction, postpartum and perinatal rehabilitation, pelvic health, orthopedic assessment, and movement-based clinical frameworks.
Nothing provided through our programs or materials constitutes:
individualized clinical supervision or mentorship
regulated continuing education credits (CEU/CPD) unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase
a guarantee of clinical competency upon completion
medical, legal, or professional liability advice

Completion of a Frame & Flow Rehab course does not confer licensure, certification, or any regulated professional designation. Participants remain solely responsible for practising within the scope and standards of their own regulated profession and jurisdiction.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Our programs are designed for licensed and regulated healthcare professionals, including but not limited to physiotherapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, and other allied health practitioners.
By enrolling, you confirm that you hold a current, valid professional license in your jurisdiction and that you are in good standing with your relevant regulatory body.
Frame & Flow Rehab reserves the right to deny or revoke access if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. PARTICIPATION AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
By enrolling in any program or accessing our materials, you acknowledge that:
you are voluntarily participating and are responsible for applying course content within the appropriate scope of your professional practice
any movement or exercise activities demonstrated in course materials are for educational observation and clinical learning purposes
you are responsible for using clinical judgment when applying any techniques or frameworks with your own patients or clients
if you choose to participate in any physical demonstrations as part of your learning, you do so at your own risk

4. COURSE FORMAT & ACCESS
Frame & Flow Rehab offers courses in the following formats:
Asynchronous (self-paced): All materials are pre-recorded and available for self-directed completion on your own schedule.
Live Coaching: Some programs include scheduled live sessions via video conferencing. Live sessions may be recorded for participants who are unable to attend in real time.
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the program or digital product as described at the time of purchase. Access is provided for personal, professional use only.
You may not share login credentials or allow others to access paid content using your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing.

5. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have extenuating circumstances, please contact us at hello@frameflowrehab.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review each request individually and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.
Exam fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to failure to complete the exam, withdrawal from the course, or dissatisfaction with the program.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of program access.

6. US CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE/CEU) REQUIREMENTS
For participants seeking CE/CEU credit approval in the United States, please note the following:
Both a written exam and a practical exam are mandatory components of the CE/CEU approval process for the Foundational Reformer for Rehab course. These requirements are set by the approving state physical therapy boards and cannot be waived.
Exam fees are charged separately from course tuition and are not included in the cost of the course. These fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome or course completion status.
By enrolling in the Foundational Reformer for Rehab course with the intention of applying for US CE/CEU credit, you acknowledge that:
completion of both the written and practical exams is required to receive CE/CEU credit
exam fees are an added cost payable in addition to course tuition
Frame & Flow Rehab does not guarantee CE/CEU approval in any specific state or jurisdiction
it is your responsibility to confirm CE/CEU eligibility and requirements with your state licensing board prior to enrollment

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials and content are the intellectual property of Frame & Flow Rehab and Ellen Leung. This includes but is not limited to:
videos and recorded lectures
written materials, handouts, and clinical frameworks
worksheets, downloads, and reference documents
graphics, illustrations, and slide decks
exercise and movement instruction content
program structures and educational methods

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, or share program materials publicly or with colleagues outside of your enrolled cohort, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Frame & Flow Rehab.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

8. Q&A FORUM & COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Some programs include access to a Q&A forum or discussion space. Where a forum is provided, participants agree to:
communicate respectfully and professionally, consistent with the standards of their regulated profession
maintain the confidentiality of other participants' questions, clinical scenarios, and discussions
not copy, screenshot, or distribute forum discussions outside of the platform
refrain from sharing identifiable patient or client information in any forum or discussion space

Participants who violate these guidelines may be removed from the forum or the program without refund.

9. PAYMENT DISPUTES

We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of access to all Frame & Flow Rehab programs.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frame & Flow Rehab and Ellen Leung shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or professional consequences resulting from participation in our programs or the application of course content in clinical practice.
Participants are solely responsible for exercising independent professional judgment in all clinical decisions and for ensuring their practice complies with the standards of their regulatory body and jurisdiction.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
Frame & Flow Rehab is domiciled in Canada and operates under Canadian law.
These Terms, and any contract formed between you and Frame & Flow Rehab upon purchase, are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your participation in our programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
If you are accessing our programs from outside Canada, you do so voluntarily and at your own initiative, and you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.

12. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
Frame & Flow Rehab reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at frameflowrehab.com. Continued use of our programs and services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
