Hi! It's me again, Physio Ellen. My Foundational Course was so well received that I'm launching the next part of my grand plan to get everyone drinking the Pilates Kool Aid.
While it's best to nail down the beginner and intermediate level repertoire first, several of the advanced exercises are fairly accessible with certain modifications. Some individuals may also find it helpful to understand where some of the prep exercises in the Foundational course are headed.
No problem! As long as you've completed your level 1 and 2 training and feel proficient in the beginner and intermediate level this course is for you.
**Please note, this course is NOT for individuals who have taught themselves Reformer from watching Instagram videos or taking a few classes. I don't mess around when it comes to safety nor do I suggest it.
If you've completed your Foundational Training course and you're finding the level 1 and 2 exercises very comfortable and achievable, then it's time to level-up, my friend!
